VENUES
Koko Jazz Club's venues can be rented both for performances and for private events. We have hosted seminars and meetings, wine tastings, weddings, birthdays and numerous other celebrations, offering alongside the venue the possibility to arrange high-quality programme services and superb catering.
KokoTeatteri and Koko Jazz Club's club space have a maximum capacity of 200 customer places, including the lobby bar. A newly renewed sound system and adaptable lighting equipment are in use. The premises of KokoTeatteri and the Jazz Club adapt to many kinds of use, and our high-quality sound and lighting equipment make it possible to organise almost any kind of event.
The rental fee is determined by the rent paid by KokoTeatteri and fixed costs, and is tied to the time used, the amount of staff needed for the event and possible catering.
The theatre hall's raked auditorium is adaptable, and depending on the seating solution we can accommodate at most 200 spectators. In the zero configuration, the auditorium is built as raked seating in the old stage opening, so the entire performance area is at floor level.
The space is 14 x 14 metres in total. When the auditorium is against one wall, the area remaining as stage is about 10 m x 10 m. The theatre hall is about 4 metres high. The theatre hall has a fixed lighting and sound system owned by KokoTeatteri.
In addition, the premises include a new Lounge stage and bar downstairs.
The venue rental includes the use of the space and available technical equipment. The rent always includes one KokoTeatteri employee, who serves as bar staff and ticket seller. For every 50 people or part thereof, an additional employee must be hired.
The rental price also includes tables, chairs, tablecloths and candles for the tables. The theatre has long and round tables. The layout and arrangements of the premises are always agreed separately. The rental price list is per day; the maximum time including preparations is 12 hours.
The rent is seasonal. We therefore always recommend asking for a quote!
The rental price for performances includes KokoTeatteri's ticket sales channels on its own website and Tiketti.

Matters agreed and priced separately:
– For private events, KokoTeatteri's general cleaning is included in the price. For performance use, the production team must return the stage to the agreed condition. If the performing group wants KokoTeatteri to handle the stage cleaning, this must be agreed separately.
– Technician. The technician is not included in the rental price. If technical equipment is to be used, either a house technician must be hired, or the customer's technician must be trained by the house in using the equipment
– Cloakroom. Cloakroom staff are agreed and hired separately.
– Receiving ticket reservations by phone and electronically can be agreed separately. Ticket sales and related financial administration services, as well as invoicing of ticket revenue, are also possible through KokoTeatteri. However, we primarily prefer selling tickets through Tiketti.
– The rehearsal and construction schedule and any additional costs arising from them are agreed at the time of concluding the contract.
– The use of instruments must always be agreed separately.
– Catering services are available through our catering restaurant. The price list varies depending on what is served.
– In addition to the venue, it is also possible to order live music for events and occasions.
