This privacy policy describes how personal data is processed at KokoTeatteri – yhdistys ry. The privacy policy applies to the services offered by KokoTeatteri, such as ticket reservations, performance invitations, marketing, communications and the monthly newsletter. 

“Personal data” means information from which an individual person can be directly or indirectly identified. In addition to personal data, we also process non-personal data, meaning information about the use of services from which individual persons cannot be identified.

  • Sending newsletters and invitations by email

Personal data is collected primarily from the user themselves via the website.

Communication lists provided by third parties may be used in connection with our services. We use only email information from these lists.

 

4. Storage of personal data

The storage period and storage criteria vary by category of personal data according to the purpose of use of the particular category:

Cookies are used on this site. Their purpose is to ensure the technical functionality of the site. Data may be processed only by separately designated persons in accordance with the instructions of data protection officer Heidi Bergström or theatre director Anna Veijalainen. All persons are bound by confidentiality.
